*Application for change or cancellation should be submitted before the activity start date (unless a reasonable explanation is given for exceptional approval). |

3. Processing Time |
Application should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event. |
Permit will be issued within 5 working days once application with complete information is accepted. (performance pledge) |

4. Reminder |
1) Once the permit is issued, the applicant will be notified by SMS or phone call to appoint a representative to collect the permit at our Bureau. |
2) In accordance with the law, the lucky draw should be conducted in the presence of a representative of DICJ. |
3) Applicant should pay a stamp duty to Financial Services Bureau after the event, which is 5% of the total value of prizes. |
