Application procedure


1. Application methods
Application can be submitted via Business & Associations Platform or in writing.
 
2. Documents required
Apply administrative permit for lucky draw or similar activities
1) Application form (if apply via Business & Associations Platform, fill in the application form directly on the Platform)
2) Copy of business registration document (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
3) Identification copy of the person taking charge of the event (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
4) Terms and conditions of lucky draw activity and prize collection
5) Sample of lucky draw coupon or scratch card/ Screens captured
6) List of prizes
7) Drawing results or list of winners (to be submitted after the event)
 
Apply administrative permit for raffles and lucky draw activities
1) Application form (if apply via Business & Associations Platform, fill in the application form directly on the Platform)
2) Copy of association/business registration document (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
3) Identification copy of the person taking charge of the event (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
4) Terms and conditions of lucky draw activity and prize collection
5) Sample of raffle ticket or scratch card/ Screens captured
6) List of prizes
7) Distribution of money received
8) Drawing results or list of winners (to be submitted after the event)
 
 
Change or cancel administrative permit application for lucky draw or similar activities*
1) Application form (if apply via Business & Associations Platform, fill in the application form directly on the Platform)
 
2) Identification copy of the person taking charge of the event (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
 
 
Change or cancel administrative permit application for raffles and lucky draw activities*
1) Application form (if apply via Business & Associations Platform, fill in the application form directly on the Platform)
2) Identification copy of the person taking charge of the event (submission is exempted if apply via Business & Associations Platform)
 
*Application for change or cancellation should be submitted before the activity start date (unless a reasonable explanation is given for exceptional approval).
 
3. Processing Time
Application should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.
Permit will be issued within 5 working days once application with complete information is accepted. (performance pledge)
 
4. Reminder
1) Once the permit is issued, the applicant will be notified by SMS or phone call to appoint a representative to collect the permit at our Bureau.
2) In accordance with the law, the lucky draw should be conducted in the presence of a representative of DICJ.
3) Applicant should pay a stamp duty to Financial Services Bureau after the event, which is 5% of the total value of prizes.
