Performance Pledge

Our quality service standards for Exclusion Measures are as follows:

  1.   For exclusion application, DICJ will notify the excluded person to sign the notification letter within five working days after the application is submitted.
  2.   For exclusion revocation, revocation will only come into effect 30 days after the request is submitted.

1.   The above Performance Pledge started since January 1, 2016.

2.   The Achievement Rate Undertaken has been raised from 80% to 85% starting from 2025.

3.   Ratings of satisfaction refer to satisfactory assessment by applicant received during the quarter about our services on the 6 aspects of Performance Information, Service Information, Reception Service Quality, Service Guarantee Procedures, Environment and Facilities, as well as Procedures. The highest scoring is 5 marks..
