Performance Pledge

Our quality service standards for Exclusion Measures are as follows:

  1.   For exclusion application, DICJ will notify the excluded person to sign the notification letter within five working days after the application is submitted.
  2.   For exclusion revocation, revocation will only come into effect 30 days after the request is submitted.

Note:

1.   The above Performance Pledge started since January 1, 2016.

2.   Ratings of satisfaction refer to satisfactory assessment by applicant about our service on the 8 aspects of Service of staff, Environment and facilities, Procedures, Service information, Service guarantee, E-services, Performance pledge and Service integration. The highest scoring is 5 marks. The survey of public satisfaction on the Exclusion Measures services started since January 1, 2016

3.   The Achievement Rate Undertaken has been raised from 80% to 85% starting from 2025.
