Performance Pledge
Our quality service standards for Exclusion Measures are as follows:
- For exclusion application, DICJ will notify the excluded person to sign the notification letter within five working days after the application is submitted.
- For exclusion revocation, revocation will only come into effect 30 days after the request is submitted.

Ratings of satisfaction refer to satisfactory assessment by applicant about our service on the 8 aspects of Service of staff, Environment and facilities, Procedures, Service information, Service guarantee, E-services, Performance pledge and Service integration. The highest scoring is 5 marks. The survey of public satisfaction on the Exclusion Measures services started since January 1, 2016
3. The Achievement Rate Undertaken has been raised from 80% to 85% starting from 2025.
