Imperative documents I.      Individual Junket Promoter (the reassessment of the eligibility is being required every three years)
- Junket Promoter License Application Form for Individual Junket Promoter (for renewal)
- Photocopy of the license of Individual Junket Promoter
- Photocopy of identity documents (including the identity card, passport and any other valid identification documents of the applicant)
- Three recent color photos taken within the last six months, with a white background, size 8 x 5 cm, one of them has to be stuck on the instructed position in the Annex III, and attached with a storage disk or CD which has saved  the applicant(s)’ photo(s), size 4 x 5 cm, saved as JPEG format and less than 400 Kb
- Certificate of Criminal Conviction
- Declaration letter issued by the concessionaire/sub-concessionaire, indicating the intention of doing business with the Individual Junket Promoter in the following calendar year. (No. 3 of Article 14 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Business Registration Certificate
- Photocopy of Model M1 (Industrial Tax/Business Activity/Changes) of the Financial Services Bureau
- Annex III; (No. 1 of  Article 9 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Annex IV; (No. 1 of  Article 11 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- The information of the principal employees of an Individual Junket Promoter, which includes:

1) Junket Promoter Employee Information Form (Article 9 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)

2) Three recent color photos taken within the last six months, with a white background, size 8 x 5 cm, and attached with a storage disk or CD which has saved  the principal employee (s)’ photo(s), size 4 x 5 cm, less than 400 Kb and in JPEG format

3) Photocopy of identity documents (including the identity card, passport and any other valid identification documents of the principal employee)

4) Certificate of Criminal Conviction

5) Annex IV; (Article 11of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)

6) The copy of the signed employment contract(s) between the Junket Promoter and the principal employee(s)

 

II.      Junket Promoter Company  (the reassessment of the eligibility is being required every six years)
- Junket Promoter License Application Form for Junket Promoter Company (for renewal)
- Photocopy of the license of Junket Promoter Company
- Declaration letter issued by the concessionaire/sub-concessionaire, indicating the intention of doing business with the Individual Junket Promoter in the following calendar year. (No. 3 of Article 14 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Business Registration Certificatewith company details and its Memorandum & Articles of Association)
- Photocopy of Model M1 (Industrial Tax/Business Activity/Changes) of the Financial Services Bureau
- Copies of the annual reports and accounts from the company’s board of directors for the last six years (No. 5A of Annex I to Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Supervisor Committee Report from the company’s board of supervisors for the last six years (No. 5A of Annex I to Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Reports from external auditors of the company for the last six years (No. 5 of Annex I to Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Copies of  declaration of annual taxable income of the company for the last six years (No. 5B of Annex I to Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Annex I; (No.1 of Article 8 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Annex II; (No.2 of Article 8 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)
- Annex IV; (No.1 of Article 11 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002) [Note: Annex I and Annex II must be submitted with Annex IV per each Annex]
- Copy of identification documents of  who fill in Annex II (including the identity card, passport and any other valid identification documents of the administrator(s)) and  the shareholder(s) holding capital of the company equal to 5% or above
- Three recent color photos taken within the last six months, with a white background, size 8 x 5 cm, one of them has to be stuck on the instructed position in the Annex II, and attached with a storage disk or CD which has saved  the applicant(s)’ photo(s), size 4 x 5 cm, saved as JPEG format and less than 400 Kb
- Certificate of Criminal Conviction from of who fills in Annex II
- The information of the principal employees of an Individual Junket Promoter, which includes:

1) Junket Promoter Employee Information Form (Article 9 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)

2) Three recent color photos taken within the last six months, with a white background, size 8 x 5 cm, and attached with a storage disk or CD which has saved  the principal employee (s)’ photo(s), size 4 x 5 cm, less than 400 Kb and in JPEG format

3) Photocopy of identification documents of principal employee(s) (including the identity card, passport and any other valid documents held by the principal employee)

4) Certificate of Criminal Conviction

5) Annex IV; (No.1 of Article 11 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)

6) The copy of the signed employment contract(s) between the Junket Promoter and the principal employee(s)

Remarks * The above information required is the basic information for the reassessment of the eligibility of the applicant. The DICJ does not rule out the possibility of requiring additional information if necessary

* The scope of the performance pledge is limited to the submission of basic required information of the applicant

* The Government is authorized to review further information for the purpose of verifying the suitability of Junket Promoter. (No.1 of Article 13 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009). The applicant of Junket Promoter license or the Junket Promoter Company, each of its shareholder(s), administrator(s), principal employee(s) and collaborator(s), and the applicant of Junket Promoter license or the Individual Junket Promoter, each of its principal employee(s) and collaborator(s) are subject to an obligation to cooperate with the government, that is to provide all documents, information, data or evidence as may be required (No.1 of Article 12 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009)

* All information provided by the applicant is subject to Law No.8/2005 (Law on the Protection of Personal Data)

* For any correction, additional or updated information are required to submit in person or in writing to our bureau

Relative Services A notification will be sent via a SMS to the mobile number or via the e-mail address of the applicant within 15 days of the application being received.  The notification will confirm if the application document is complete (Performance Pledge )
Relative Legislation Pursuant to No.6 of Article 14 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009, Individual Junket Promoters and their principal employees are subject to the reassessment of  suitability every 3 years.

Pursuant to No.6 of Article 14 of Administrative Regulation No.6/2002, as amended by Administrative Regulation No.27/2009, Junket Promoter Companies, and their shareholders holding equal to or greater than 5% of the capital, administrators, and principal employees are subject to the reassessment of  suitability every 6 years.

The above Junket Promoter shall deliver the required documents to the Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau before 31st August of the year
