Performance Pledge

Our quality service standards of Exclusion Measures are introduced as follows:

  1. For exclusion application, DICJ will notify the excluded person to sign the notification letter within five working days after the application is submitted.
  2. For exclusion revocation, revocation will only come into effect 30 days after the request is submitted.

The highest scoring is 5 marks. The survey of public satisfaction on services of Exclusion Measures starts on January 1, 2016
