Gaming Machine Manufacturers or Suppliers’ Extraordinary Process for Verification of Competence
The gaming machine manufacturers and suppliers must remain
competent during the period of validity of the authorization and are subject
to permanent monitoring and supervision by the DICJ.
The DICJ may, at any time, during the period of validity of
the authorization, subject the gaming machine manufacturers and suppliers to
an extraordinary process for verification of competence.
The gaming machine manufacturers and suppliers are subject
to an extraordinary process for verification of competence. Whenever there
are alterations in the titleholder status of the social capital which
results in the participation of value equal to or greater than 5%.
The gaming machine manufacturers and suppliers
are by necessity subject to extraordinary process for verification of
competence every six years.
