Administrative Procedure

 

In accordance with the administrative conditioning stipulated under the Decree Law no. 47/98/M of October 26 and Law no. 10/2003 of July 27, the offering of the sale of lotteries, raffles or similar activities is subject to the authorization of the DICJ, and the initial procedure of the application for the interested citizens or entities is to submit a notification to the delegated government department at least 10 days prior to the application.   

 

 

 

Performance Pledge

 

To fulfill our pledge, we shall comply with the following quality service standards:

                       

Upon receipt of the applications for the offering of the sale of lotteries, raffles or similar activities, we ensure that the permit will be issued within 5 working days.

 

Upon receipt of the complaints on the offering of the sale of lotteries, raffles or similar activities, we ensure that a reply will be made within 5 working days.
